Never really used them that much, sometimes if the other team has amazing wingers i will ask them not to mark tightly as they give away pens a lot but not sure how much it actually works.

Your players are not familiar with the tactic you need to give it time, you seem to have 3 tactics loaded.
You basically have the best players in the game, should be able to use any tactic but Eder is not a DM.

Yes @knap tactics work in Lower leagues
The Echoes and Time 4231s are the best for that shape currently i have tested.
I have had success with Brighton, Napoli and Cambridge now.

4231 Is my favourite formation so Im keen to test them.
Paris Tactic still smashing it. Maybe use TIME if you have IW and Paris if you have Wingers in your team.

Crystal Palace Sim Season.
Three of my favourite tactics, I had been using a positive mentality in my playing seasons every game with great success. Maybe time to use the TIME tactics or a more attacking mentality?
Might try a test with Everton and the TIME tactics.

Could try training them with the dribble more, play one twos or beat offside trap.
Or change them to IWs see if it balances out.

What team are you? What tactics have you used.
I have a career I play basically every game, I only use instant result for the games that im a massive favourite. Mainly play with a 4231 that i have linked but have tested a lot of tactics and they all seem to perform. I find 4231 fits a lot of good players in a squad.
