This is Michael from Captain Tsubasa: Rising Sun Manga.
However, since his team Numancia isn't playing in La Liga, I put him into Valladolid FC Instead since it is the same region as Numancia. He is still OP, though.

Sorry, but I can't have a description of Lee Kok Seng due to his obscurity, besides that he played for Singapore for Malaya Cup during the 1950s to 1960s.
And he is a defensive midfielder because the site "PES Miti del calcio" said so in their Singaporean All Time Best XI.

Due to the general lack of interest regarding the CM30 Project and the fact that there is a Youth Finalissima hardcoded in, i decided to update the Basic Rules League Pack instead.
For the First Version, the unplayable nations which have won 3 or more main continental Champions Cup are included. There are 12 of them.
Might Add more if I have time.
23/3/31: Doubled the amount of nations avaliable, including North Macedonia and Albania, two european countries which has qualified for EURO, but isn't playable. the other 10 are AFC Countries which had won matches in Asian Nations Cup and is both Notable and Unplayable.

I just found out that BOOST_TEAM edt doesn't work anymore
it will mess up the league schedule

This is the pack of Unofficial Best XI of the French International Tournament, featured in the Captain Tsubasa Manga.
As seen in the screenshot, Each db contained one player unlike most of the Player Packs that other people made.

This is the MF/AM/FW Player Kazuya Takasugi, from the relatively obscure soccer manga "Our Field of Dreams".
He plays for ACF Fiorentina just like in the final chapter of the manga(Between World Cup 1998 and 2002).
He did play as a GK during the last few moments of the Japan vs Argentina Match, but SI Won't allow a GK to Take outfield positions.

This is AFC and UEFA Competition for clubs.
However, I have designed it in a way that no top teams receive Byes to the group stage, Instead, every teams started at Qualifying round.

Could the problem perhaps be that the qualification structure has been changed? If the "best placed -route" of the qualificiation is removed, perhaps that results in the 3rd and 4th places finishing teams from the big leagues are moved to UEL rather than CL?
I'm really clueless on how to use the editor - especially the advanced rules. Any help is greatly appreciated! : )Sorry it is either I don't know about that as well or you misintercepted my explanation

I just noticed one bug: It seems like some of the teams that were supposed to be qualified from their 3rd and 4th place finishes in their respective leagues are not qualified (i.e. Chelsea, Barcelona, Tottenham and Juventus).

PerI think it is because I ranked the nation's according to the reputation of their national teams, it isn't a bug
If you don't like you can swap it in the nations tab
edit: also I didn't delete the registered teams for CL/EL, that might be the reason as well
