Hi guys, I am looking for a new national league or NLS/NLN save I like to manage a team with something niche or interesting, for example I liked Dorking previously as they had so many promotions in such a short timeframe. Any ideas?

No they're not- currently have a very small shortlist and don't have keep scout reports up to date ticked. I also manage all scouting so nothing is being instructed by staff

My scouts seem to scout the same players, even though we have extensive knowledge of them. I manually cancel the scouting then one or two days later they're back scouting them again. Seems like a waste of money and resource

I have been trying to use a tactic I created a while back, focusing on possession. Not sure if it is just a coincidence but since the update, it has been terrible It worked so well previously, with various teams. I have players that fit the roles and my team should be pushing for promotion. I was just wondering if there are glaring issues.

Yep, don’t have tackle hard or get stuck in on either. Really annoying

Thanks all, Seems the league isn't as hard as I envisaged, currently 5 points clear in January! Pace has been key, along with having a constant stream of trialists. Also, I am for the first time (I think ever in FM), making a profit in the non-league! We have gone from around 70k to 300k since the start of the season, without any crazy cup runs.

I’ve been promoted and really struggling to find any decent players. My board refuses to turn us professional and rejects any transfer budget increases. My tactics were pretty good last year, we massively overachieved and scored/created the most goals but I haven’t tested in this league yet. Just feels like it will be impossible to compete with the professional teams!

Game finally loaded and I’m pushing 95 degrees on my GPU I am using an RX 6800xt/5800x

New update is now making the game take absolutely ages to load? I have a good PC and it's taking so long

Thank you! Haven’t needed to offload any first team players yet, loaned out everybody I could from the u21 and u18s teams to help a little with the wage budget. I also sold all of the clauses I could, most notable being Dylan Williams for just under £1m which is what I used to bring Max Dean in!

Just started my yearly Derby save. First impressions are it’s a lot easier than last year! Made a handful of exciting transfers- Max Dean- 18yo forward with tonnes of potential and good enough to lead the line immediately (Permanent move!) Ricky-Jade Jones- bit of an FM legend, one word- speed! (In on loan with an option to buy) Ashley Phillips- exciting CB that can learn from the likes of Model Professional Curtis Davies. (In on loan with an expensive option to buy, will hope to extend loan) Cher Ndour- promising creative centre midfielder. (On loan, will hope to extend/make permanent)

I’m having trouble getting extensive knowledge of various scouted players, no matter what I do. I’ve tried scout until full knowledge, a week assignment at a time, watch matches etc. Any tips? I’m scouting players within my area and my scouts are high quality, my scouts aren’t over assigned and I have plenty of scouting budget. Scouted players just seem to be stuck at Reasonable knowledge
