Argentina Premier Division 2029 (season 8) Season Summary League - rubbish start, good middle, awful end. With 13 games to go we were safely mid-table, 12 points clear of the relegation spots. so obviously we promptly went and lost 6 in a row, including to two of the teams in the bottom 3. We only won once in those last 13 and just made it in the end. Bit worrying for next season! Copa Libertadores - this was fun! we went straight into the group stage alongside Brazilian side Bragantino, Libertad of Paraguay and Sporting Cristal of Peru. Bragantino were by far the favourites but we had a real chance against the other two. And so it proved as we went through in second! The second round had us play Flamenco of Brazil. I didn't give us much hope but we played really well and.... Into the quarter final and a chance for revenge against Bragantino, who had already beaten us twice! well, turns out they could beat us twice again! Still, it was fun. shame we're not in it next season Players Buit disappointing really, only our defence seemed to step up to the increase in qualiter. Arce was arse up front - 8 goals from 40 games just isn't good enough sadly. Might have to try and promote a few more youth players next season, see if any of them can do a bit better. Youth Not bad, but the quality of previews seem to be going down. Hopefully that's just a reflection on the quality of our squad improving though. Still, 2 grade A isn't too bad. The intake was ok as well Riquelme looks interesting! Finances and Upgrades It's slow going but the Libertadores money meant we could get a little upgrade to the youth facilities Career

Argentina Division 2 2028 (season 7) Season Summary Ohmigod! what an amazing season!!!! I knew we were gonna have one sooner or later but not quite this good! League - we started really well, going 19 games unbeaten at the start of the season. But we were drawing as much as we were winning which meant we were never able to pull away at the top, instead bouncing around the top 3. And then we lost a couple, won a couple, and then went on a 7 game run without a win, with 4 defeats in a row. We dropped to sixth. I thought it was all over and we'd just keep falling. But we won, won again, won again and then again. With 5 games to play the table looked like this:- And one of our remaining games was home to Union! and..... With that we went top with 2 games to play!!! so obviously we lost the next match but rallied to win the last to finish second Second is awesome!!!! But it doesn't get you automatic promotion, it just gets you into the play-off final. So..... play off final....... we did it! Promotion!!!!! Cup Traditionally I suck at cup competitions. I don't know why. But this season the starts aligned Into the final!!!!! we tend to struggle past round 5! But the final was against Boca Juniors. Surely we couldn't...... We could!!!!!! Look at that trophy!!!! And even better.... We're in the Copa Libertadores next season! All of a sudden we're in the premier league and the Copa Libertadores!!!!! What a season!!!!! Players So this team could be going places! they're getting older, they're getting better...... but we're running low on defenders! biggest issue is Miguel Lonardi 24B who refused to sign a new contract. i took a risk, hoping he'd change his mind, but he didn't. so we'll be heading into the premier league without our best defender! But it will be really interesting to see if players like Arce, Barrientos and Guglielmo live up to their potential now they'll be in the top tier! We also reached another new milestone. Our first international player!!!! Still waiting for our first Argentina call up but it's always nice to get an international in the squad Youth I could do with some defenders in this intake. I got a surfeit of midfielder and attackers but very light in defence. We're still playing Valdez at right back at the age of 35! he's at the end of his playing life now though so we'll need a new solution next season. Another pile of A grades, which is a lovely sight. Even better, there are a couple of defenders in there!!!! I forgot to take a screenshot of the intake but it had 4 elite talents who now look like this:- Pereya is from the year before but I left him in because he is looking like a real talent. But anyway, Toncheff and Beloso may find themselves promoted to the first team a little earlier than I'd like them to be, but that's the curse of the youth only challenge. Finances and Upgrades Promotion was tempered a little by our financial situation. We finished a good 2.5m in the red. But that become unimportant once we won the cup as the Copa Libertadores offers a lot of money for particiapants. So this time next season we should be looking pretty, pretty good. The board were also so pleased with promotion they let me start improving junior coaching. Those intakes are going to start getting better and better! Good times at Chaco For Ever! Career

Argentina Division 2 2027 (season 6) Season Summary Another of those seasons that look like we're stagnating but really with a lot of improvements under the bonnet. We're getting better, slowly. The problem with this team is how young they are - they lose one, they lose 3 or 4. But at the same time we're easily capable of going 6 or 7 unbeaten too. The end result is again us hanging around in mid-table, albeit with more points than we've ever had before Players So our youngest ever side, with nearly all of them teenageers, which was by far the best thing about this season. Even better, most of them are described as potentially premier league level which fill me with a lot of hope for the next season or two Best breakthrough was Ignacio Arce 25G up front. I don't even remember signing him and checking back when the youth intake came in he was only a 2.5 star prospect. I can only think I signed him to make up the numbers. But he did really well in the U20s, his potential started increasing, I gave him a start or two in the first team and he did really well. So I gave him more starts and he continued to do well until now he's potential premier league standard. I love it when things like that happen! Youth Another youth recruitment upgrade and another youth preview that looked very nice Love all those As!! So when the intake came in I was very excited Four elite talents will do me and the top talents are still better starting potential than Arce 25G, so you never know. I hope Dario Centurion makes it cos that's such an awesome name. Finances and Uprgrades So the board allowed me to max out our youth intake setting thing, which is pretty good i'm looking forward to next seasons intake now! I just need the board to agree to other improvments now, but that would require us to actually make some money Career
