  1. Just for info, i have just won FA Cup and no prizes fro who has received an unwarranted medal..... Nichola Tie again...zero matches played for Chelsea. He must have appeared for Leyton Orient when on loan in an FA Cup game for them.....
  2. Many thanks for feedback. Hadn't seen similar example....
  3. Disappointed that no feedback on this from SI - screenshot clearly shows Tie has played no games at all for Chelsea. Have now uploaded save 1stMainChelseacarabao.fm Fingers crossed re response.....
  4. Just won the 20/21 EFL Cup with Chelsea and seen Inbox item showing which players were awarded a medal. Criteria is that "to qualify for a medal, a player must play at least 1 match. Nicholas Tie apparently qualifies for a medal but did not feature in any of Chelsea's match day squads for EFL Cup. He was on loan to Leyton Orient until January and his stats show him appearing in 1 EFL Cup match... for them, not Chelsea. Is he really entitled to a winners medal for Chelsea in these circumstances! Seems totally unwarranted! Surely a coding bug......
  5. Think it is good feature for long term play, so long as it works well. I have noticed issue with "signing high reputation players" that needs addressing asap... At present you do not know until you try to sign a player whether or not his world reputation is enough to meet club culture criteria. You would expect scouts at a club to know about club expectations regarding new signings and their scout reports should indicate which, if any, of your club culture requirements would be met by signing a particular player. I would have expected this to be a basic adjustment to scout reports following introduction of club vision/culture feature and am amazed it has been overlooked. Hopefully this will be included in first patch. possibly issues with others too. Using different descriptions for club reputation stars and player world reputations just adds to confusion - Chelsea club reputation 4 1/2 stars = Worldwide reputation. No Worldwide description for player reputations....., just Very Good (3 stars), Superb (3 1/2 stars & 4 stars) and Exceptional (5 stars). If i need to sign players with minimum reputation of 4 1/2 stars then it has to be Messi or Ronaldo (5 stars each).... Players like Hazard, de Bruyne, Griezemann, Mbappe, Lewandowski are 4 stars or less for world reputation and potentially not of sufficient calibre?. Surely this cannot be right/what was intended? Star systems not consistent to enable star for star comparison! As I said above, scout reports should indicate whether player likely or not to meet club culture requirements. Hopefully sorted in next patch.
  6. I have posted issue about signing high reputation players https://community.sigames.com/topic/505589-sign-high-reputation-players-issue/ At present you do not know until you try to sign a player whether or not his world reputation is enough to meet club culture criteria. 7. My main save is, as always, Chelsea. One of the club culture requirements is to "sign high-reputation players". The drop down description seeks to explain this as follows: "A philosophy under which it is expected that a reasonable percentage of first team signings will have the same or higher reputation as the club". Looking at Club information General: This indicates club reputation is 4 1/2 stars = "Worldwide" when you hover over it. This would seem to mean that a reasonable percentage of first team signings need to have a reputation higher than, or equal to, worldwide. I have included World Reputation on my custom scouting view but the description given to the stars is not consistent with club reputation description. No Worldwide description for player reputations....., just Very Good (3 stars), Superb (3 1/2 stars & 4 stars) and Exceptional (5 stars). Hardly useful!! So, for clarification, do I just need to look at the world Reputation Stars for a signing and ensure it is at least 4 1/2 stars, as per Club reputation? If so then players like Hazard, de Bruyne, Griezemann, Mbappe, Lewandowski etc would not be of sufficient calibre...Looks like it has to be a Messi or Ronaldo...Surely this cannot be right/what was intended? In the game currently you only seem to find out if a player meets this criteria when you actually sign him. There is a clear disconnect between Club reputation stars/descriptions and the world reputation/description showing for scouted players. When you scout a player the scout report should address whether or not the player would, or would not, have a reputation high enough to equal or exceed that of the club. This would seem to be a basic item to include in scout reports following the introduction of club vision/club culture feature. Hopefully this will be fixed asap in next patch.
  8. Words fail me....really does need to be addressed asap and reflected in scouting so that you know before making a transfer offer whether or not this requirement would be met. What is player world reputation star cut off for players meeting worldwide requirment at Chelsea...3 stars?, 3 1/2 stars....4 stars and above. Seems it is a lottery until you make a offer. Presumably no need to raise in bugs forum as SI aware of disparity?
  9. Thanks for feedback - hopefully this will be addressed in next patch with scouting information giving feedback on this as having to make transfer offer/contract offer before finding out if criteria is met is far too late. You made no mention of comparability of stars. Is is possible that a 4 star world reputation player like Hazard may meet the 4 1/2 star worldwide reputation requirement?

  11. Not sure if I am missing something but there does not seem to be any way for me to get an assessment of player current ability /potential ability for the particular roles in my tactic, I have 3 different midfield roles in my tactic: MCL Mezzala Support MC Advanced Playmaker Attack MCR Box to Box Midfielder There seems to be no way to toggle the Roles - It is fixed to show Players Best Role! This is useless as I want to be able to know ability for roles selected in my tactic. I thought you used to be able to do this in FM19? Am I mistaken? If it is possible, what to do I need to do to solve the problem....or is it a bug that needs fixing?

  13. Spent most of my time on beta sorting out custom views, exploring new "features" and pulling together shortlist of staff to hire/fire when I start my long term save - usually just focus on one main save with each years FM. Didn't bother trying to develop any tactics as match engine always changes from beta to main release. Was really looking forward to getting long term save underway but on hold now until fix out for determination, penalties etc..... FM released later than we have become used to over recent years and now major issues delaying being able to start a sensible main save.....the wait continues, unfortunately...
  14. Customised views have been an issue for years; seems to be raised every year...noted every year...only to remain unchanged in next FM release. Following thread, one of many.. https://community.sigames.com/topic/486640-columns-in-squad-view/?tab=comments#comment-11898707
  15. Does "down for review in the future" actually mean that it is out of scope for any FM20 patches? Chelsea is always my long term save and it would be great if this were addressed in an early FM20 patch/fix.
