Some bargains and cheap "wonderkid-esque" players from Turkish lower leagues whose every single profile attributes is fulfilled... I think it might be helpful for people who wants to build lower-league rebuilds or just wants to play low-tier Turkish leagues. All U-19's have at least -6 potential and there is some -7 and -75 players like Osman Tokay, Alptekin Çaylı, Kerem Matışlı and Doğanay Avcı: NOTE: Rating stars are based by an average Turkish Super League team.
