It's actually defined by how many items from Greggs you buy in a single order. Anything less than 11 steak bakes is counted as a poor quality of life, anything up to and including 19 steak bakes, 28 sausage rolls, 4 bottles of Irn Bru and a jam tart class as a high quality of life.
