I know how important professionalism is to players development, players attributes just seem to just shoot up with a high professionalism attribute compared to other balanced personalities.

there is some analysis in the experiments subfolder on effect of attributes. After reading it I thought about your GK's scoring penalties with poor penalty attribute and wondered what their pressure attibute was like and if it was high and maybe the driving factor in scoring a lot of penalties, i have had players who missed a number of penalties in spite of having reasonable looking attributes for it (ie those listed on the penalty takers screen)

intesresting analysis. Surprised that poor professionalism had more impact than poor determination. Pressure is the hidden attribute i never consider but clearly should do.

no real difference in penalties since you had more penalties to take, must just be the quality of the strikers. Yours are not at a 170CA level like the top 2 have. Getting one up to 150-160 CA could make that difference.

you can request it as the option is always there, but unless your finances are very high the board will refuse it on that basis. Used to need £2 million in the bank for a board to consider it but that might have changed.

Squad | Table | Transfers Started the season quite well and was always midtable with no real danger of going up or down. A poor finish to the season meant the club ended up close to the relegation spots, although i did play a few youngsters. Defensively the team was good but struggled for goals, creating good chances or even getting poor chances on target seemed to be beyond the team. Top scorer Alfredo scored 5 of his 9 goals in 2 games. In the spanish cup the team were away to Laredo from the spanish federation 2 league. In a game they should have won the team lost 1-2 against a team that got relegated from that league. The club was finally taken over near the end of the season and the new board took out a loan to clear the deficit but with 29K interest payments per month it won't be long before the finances are poor again. Attendances did rise helped by a sell out for the game against Barca B who are rivals. Training facilities were decreased at the end of the season. Morer was the best player again closely followed by new signing Pelayo who was responsible for the good defensive showing. perhaps you should concentrate on winning the CL or at least going as far as possible to improve the coefficients as clearly getting to the KO stages isn't too tricky. Portuguese sides have never been too far away IRL.

@jmarchand well done on the CL win, seemed only a matter of time. Turkey seems similar to countries like Portugal and Holland where once you get to the top you can compete in europe and slowly improve the squad to challenge the big leagues.

No wonder he hasn't been successful. With too many traits overall and some which seem opposite to each other, he must be trying to do several at the same time

in spite of being a leftie surely the ppm 'uses outside of the foot' would negate that? and he is not left only - i've never seen that ppm, must be a new one. Looking at his attributes he's good but not great in any one role, if his passing was higher it would be better.

@Muggertlooks very close in the league. You seem to be finding a lot of great young players but have a very young squad is it just that older players want too much money and are harder to keep?

2022/23 Table | Squad | Transfers The board expectation was for a top half finish and the squad looked strong in midfield but lacking in goal and defence. After a decent start a poor run in nov and dec meant promotion was not likely this season. A good last few months took the club up the table and ended only 1 point from the playoffs. Finances are terrible with no real chance of turning it around as the money coming in is not close to the money going out.
