Purtroppo, ci sono troppe divisioni nelle divisioni inferiori (nella maggior parte dei paesi), quindi non c'è la possibilità di creare tutto al 100%.

It's hard to say even in Poland, because the rule is not specified (we don't know till when it will be applied), and it's more like 'goodwill' than general rule (especially that in my voivodeship and in podkarpackie there is a big influx of ukrainians.
And regarding the update - I think the devs don't want to wait too long, because the lack of update can affect other markets (these with february transfer window, like Poland, China, Russia). And I will repeat this - all changes has to be done very carefully, because these changes have to affect the longer saves as well, so probably we just can't 'vanish' the whole country or competitions. Is it frustrating? In a way yes, but remember that there's more to life than an update for fm22.

Bringing world politics into a football video game is a bad move. Of course if SI are subject to FIFA or UK govt. directives, then that's a different story, its not their call and they're obliged to do what's asked.
The politics are always with football, to greater or lesser extent but they are. But remember that FM is a FOOTBALL simulation, so anything related to football side of things should be replicated in some way.
Nobody is saying that in other parts of the worlds are no wars or conflicts, if they have or will have any impact on football world, they would/should be replicated.
We have to accept this situation as it is, and if you don't want to play without russia - you can always play on current database and have all competitions enabled.

I won't be speaking for everyone but my understanding is this - any decisions that involves Russia and Ukraine is made by their FA or FIFA/UEFA. If there's (or will be) ban - the developers will find the way to 'reflect' this in the game.
Nobody said about deleting or removing anything, so I believe the developers will be handling this with caution.
So the best thing to do right now is to hold on and wait for the next patch to see what will be done.

You can when you customize the columns in player search menu. But you won't see 'real' transfer date when you pick 'earlier' season start, and certainly you won't see who signed in the winter. I believe only in editor you can see this 'clearly'.

What is considered great success in his case (I don't follow him, sorry)? According to star ratings in the game, 3 star player is squad player so having 3 or 4 of these in your intake is useful. I always say - if you think 3 stars are 'horrible', check your squad to see who has 3 stars and think if you would discard this player (Origi in Liverpool is a 3 star player for example).

I hate to use this kind of simpleton thinking but consider this situation - you're a coach in some semi-decent club (like Manchester United or Wolverhampton). The start of the March approaches, and at 9am you coming to this room, where there's maybe 10-15 young boys, aged 15-17.
You see these boys and think - okay, this is the new crop of players from our academy. Let's see what they've got. So you take them to a training ground, do a few sessions, organize 2 or 3 inter-squad games between them or versus your u18. You can see what they are good at, you can see their dedication, their approach towards each other and towards you. Few of them are shining already, they are better then the rest and you start to think - are they capable of becoming a good players? Do they have the desire, mentality and required level of professionalism to get themselves to the top?
Probably yes, probably no. Why you can't tell? Because they are 16 y/o. They haven't played a single senior game. Maybe what you see in a friendly game - this is their top.
Realistically, there's no chance that you (or scout or hoyd or coach or anyone) could accurately rate 16 year old whether he will be a wonderkid or not.
You have to develop them for a few years and around 19/20 - you should be able to at least know if he's around first team or international football.
And we have to remember that 3 star player with good 'spread' of his attributes (like striker with high composure, off the ball, anticipation, finishing) is much better than 4 star all-rounder. That's why Dani Alves is better in right back than Dembele (both have good physicals, decent crossing, good technicals - weird example but I think you get the point).

load the database normally and verify the rules basically (or just save it). Of course you have to load newer database in editor but I believe you know it.

New update will be after the next patch (which is like to be in march), no point in doing the update for literally 2 weeks (because the database will be updated as well).

because you can filter and search for specific people in editor, for indian players, for french players, players over/under 21, with certain ca/pa, a lot of filters to choose from.

I see different results on 5900x, probably due to ram frequency (I did my tests on default 2400hz). I've loaded basic xmp profile (3000/cl15), will do the tests and then overclock to 3600 cl16 (bless edie crucial ballistix).
Then I'll go with undervolt to see if stable clocks will be any different than normal profile + turbo.
And if I will be bored, maybe do tests without graphics loaded to see if it makes any difference to speed (apart from loading player/club profiles of course).

I mean, all you have to do is to bulk edit players based in India, but I think this kind of patches doesn't have any sense (because to be AT LEAST SEMI-REALISTIC you'd need to adjust potential ability).

Had this problem as well, what helped me was cleaning the cache manually from documents folder and this hidden appdata folder.

It closed on the 8th February.
My bet is that it will be in both, if any major player will be released on for example 25th feb, he'll be included in later patch.
That's my bet because if few windows are till the end of February, it's possible that major changes/releases/free transfers from other leagues can be implemented as well.
Don't know about the exact dates though, my bet is midweek next week.
