Undone
That aint possible mate, league structure is hard coded into the game. Yeah, I just noticed that when fiddling around with it myself. I deleted all scottish clubs from 3rd Division up then all unattached Scottish players (took bloody ages), then added in a whole host of new Scottish players (names, home town, reputation, CA and PA only, positions and age randomly generated). The idea was that the clubs would sign up these free agents to fill out their squads, but by the halfway point in the second season some clubs still have greyed out players in their starting 11. Made it far too easy for the player to snap up the best free agents. Would take forever and a day to fill out all 42 squads and have all teams in each division balanced at the start. The good side to this was that the teams that were entered in European competitions went out quickly, so they didn't get much of a cash bonus above the other teams in their league.
