mkus
There will be 3 clans this year made up of LLM and Crapmanager regulars. All clans will play to LLM rules: http://community.sigames.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/54219217/m/419200124 Introducing the Scotland Clan (Red): 1) No accepting of international jobs 2) No jobhopping in your first season 3) Game is only played when the quorum is met - 3 for this clan 4) Real names and nationalities only 5) Normal LLM rules apply 6) Any manager sacked must wait at least one month before they can recycle (unless clan decide otherwise). Recycled managers will (normally) restart with any team in the bottom half of Scottish Division 3. 7) No parent/feeder relationships to be entered into. Any pre-existing (or subsequent board arranged) relationships to be cancelled ASAP. No players to be taken/played from parent clubs. 8) Manager's past experience to be set to "automatic" The teams Michal - Montrose Devon - Elgin Gil - East Stirling Derek - Albion Dave - East Fife Simon - Dumbarton Reb - Arbroath

mkus
Elgin Preseason. Well it's done. Tried to sign several players and they all decided to go to Montrosse instead. Bloody Welshman. League play Opened the season in style with a 6-0 victory over promotion favorites Berwick. Lost 1-0 to East Fife. We should've had a draw and his goal looked a shade offside, but... Cups Lost 1-0 to Hamilton in the second session of extra time. Heartbreaking. We played well enough to win. Missed what happened in the second cup game, but surely we were handily beaten. Was impressed by the speed actually, though could be that there were only three of us. In dire need of a few new players so hopefully Michal is done signing people. mkus
New manager added: Chris - Berwick Last night's updates in so far: Montrose A tale of woe Dumbarton (H) 1-1. Let them back in the match late on, but 1-1 probably right East Fife (Dave) (H) 1-0. Should have been more Queens Park (A) 0-1. Unlucky not to draw Elgin (H) 1-1. No idea how we didn't win this one Finished the session in 2nd. Manager of the month for August, Young player of the month, 2nd in Player of the month and Scotland's most active team in the transfer window ---------------------------------------- East Stirlingshire Finsihed where I started: 6th. Was last almost the whole session, but won the last match (vs Reb) H vs Stenhousemuir 0-2 H vs Queen's Park 1-1 A vs Elgin (cyber-Devon) 2-2 H vs Arbroath (Reb) 1-0 ---------------------------------------- Albion rovers only played two games as I joined late found my team bottom with 2 pts from 4 games East Fife(dave) 0 1 Albion rovers Helped by east fife getting there gk sent off after 12 minutes. Albion rovers 1 Queens park 3 2 penalties in the first twenty minutes both for Queens park, Albion tried a galant comeback but were eventually sucker punched by a spiders breakaway, I blame the ref those should never have been penalties. I think i'm 6th or 7th but 4 of the human managers (me included) are in danger of becoming marooned in the bottom half of the table. ---------------------------------------- East Fife An awful session League 2-3 v Arbroath (Sam) (A) 0-1 v Montrose (Michal) (A) 0-1 v Albion (Del) (H) 0-7 v Dumbarton (A) Bottom of the table!! Leage Challenge Cup 2-2 v Arbroath (Sam) (A) Lost 3-2 on penalties.

Back to the bottom of the table. --------------------------------------- Elgin Missed the first hour so I'm not sure what happened save for Simon getting lucky that I was absent. On my return a "bore draw" with Mr. Kus. And a dominating 2-1 win over David "It was never a penalty" Varley. Beat Stenny in there as well as a romp over Queen's Park. Probably something else I'm missing. In the cup with beat some non-league club rather handily and then were duly dispatched by Clyde 7-2. . mkus
40th time lucky? Two new clanners: Keith (elwrakum) - Queens Park Chris (crosbysleftear) - East Fife 28/1 session a disaster due to an online bug which should now be fixed in the next patch: http://community.sigames.com/eve/forums?a=tpc&s=2101905...292009392#6292009392 28/1 Updates: Montrose Save went tits up on several occasions tonight - mostly around when Dave got sacked, and then again at the end of the window. So, only two games actually played (though in reality we did about 8): Stenhousemuir (A) 1-1 East Fife (H) 2-1 Session ended in 3rd, 2 pts from the top. xx Dumbarton I should have watched more of 24 series 5. xx East Fife Sacked from East Fife following takeover. Taken up the reins at Stenhousemuir. xx 2/2 Updates Montrose A real mixed bag tonight: Queens Park (A) 1-3 Elgin (H) 4-1 (cyber-Devon) Berwick (A) 3-1 (Cyber-Chris) Arbroath (A) 0-2 (cyber-Sam) East Stirling (H) 2-1 (Gil) Albion (H) 1-2 (Derek) Dumbarton (A) 4-0 (Simon) Still in 3rd, 6pts off Arbroath, 5 behind Queens Park. 7 games left. xx East Stirling I forgot to take notes, but i'm 6th now. xx Queen's Park QP 3-2 Dumbarton - red card decisive factor? Stenhousemuir 1-0 QP - 93rd minute goal ffs Berwick 1-3 QP - two 10s Embarrrased QP 2 - 1 Elgin - in yer face cyber-Mazzone Didn't have a clue who any of my squad were, bit of a whirlwind joining late, but did alright, seeing as I didn't do much more than press continue xx Stenhousemuir A reasonable start, but I've got the feeling the Varley effect is beginning to kick in ... Dumbarton (H) 2-2 Berwick (A) 1-1 Elgin (A) 3-3 East Fife (A) 0-1 Queen's Park (H) 1-0 Arbroath (A) 1-2 East Stirling (H) 1-2 xx East Fife First update but I can't remember the details. Won 2 but lost my target man in the second of these. Then I drew 2 and lost 1. Off the bottom of the table now though. xx Los Dumbos Stenhousemuir 2 Dumbarton 2 - 336 Dumbarton 2 East Fife 2 - 691 Arbroath 2 Dumbarton 0 - 553 Queen's Park 3 Dumbarton 2 - 471 Dumbarton 0 Elgin 0 - 528 East Stirlingshire 2 Dumbarton 1 - 183 Dumbarton 0 Montrose 4 -
mkus
Albion Good session for the Rovers lost the first game to queens park, but then a rampant Albion side went on a winning streak Which saw them rise from 8th to 4th (playoff spot) including notable wins like a 3-1 drubbing of league leaders Arbroath and a 2-1 win over Mkus which was achieved despite having a man sent off in the first half. The main catalyst for this has been a couple of players acquired during the January transfer window a goalkeeper who seems able to kick the ball out to players actually on his team and a 17 year old left winger who has so far managed an av. rating of 8.00 in the 5 games he has played. Hopefully I will be able to secure 4th place next session and go into the playoffs as the form side.
mkus
This is in desperate need of updating... 11.2.07 Stenhousemuir 1-2 Montrose (A) 1-1 Dumbarton (A) 2-3 Berwick (H) 2-1 Albion Rovers (H) 2-3 East Fife (H) 1-1 Queen's Park (A) 1-1 Elgin (H) Finished eighth. A vs Montrose (Michal) 0-2 - Outthought and outclassed, 12 shots to 3 H vs Albion Rovers (DrNick) 1-0 - Hard fought win, despite a red card for us H vs East Stirling (Gil) 0-2 - Strange tactical system confused my players A vs Dumbarton (Simon) 0-0 - Should have won this comfortably... H vs Stemhousemuir (Dave) 1-1 - Another bore draw A vs East Fife (Chris F) 2-1 - 2nd goal came from some beautiful build up play. Not quite enough for us to finish top, but managed to pip Montrose to 2nd. xxx Berwick Only highlight of my night was beating Michal in the last game. I finished rock bottom and the board are not amused! I suspect Berwick will be looking for another manager soon! In my defence I did miss a large part of the season due to Real Life sucking harder than Devine Brown! Watch out, next season will be different. xxx Los Dumbos Muchos Albion 2 Dumbarton 1 - 599 Dumbarton 1 Stenhousemuir 1 - 482 East Fife 1 Dumbarton 1 - 276 Dumbarton 3 Berwick 0 - 486 Dumbarton 0 Queen's Park 0 - 657 Elgin 1 Dumbarton 1 - 333 Dumbarton 2 Arbroath 1 - 682 5th, 47 points Crap. My only highlight really was contributing to Nobby's demise! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Queen's Park Mostly happy with tonight's session - although our strikers inability to finish the many chances our domination of possession gives them is a worrying trend... Dumbarton 1-2 QP - This was a lot more comfortable than the scoreline suggests QP 0-0 Berwick - We should have won this. QP 2-1 Coldstream (Scottish Cup 2nd Rnd) - They finished with 9 men and again we should have won by more. QP 2-0 East Fife - Young striker ends 9 hour goal drought. Elgin 2-3 QP - came back from being behind twice \o/ Stenhousemuir 2-0 QP - 54% possession 9 shots 0 on target - this is starting to show a pattern... we tend to get most of the possession in games but our strikers don't seem to be putting them away like they should. Albion Rovers 1-1 QP - bore draw East Stirling 1-0 QP - a red for us put paid to any chances we might have had, and again, there's that confusing formation to deal with... xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Stenhousemuir A bit of a curate's egg, but much better than previous sessions 1-1 v Elgin (H) (Cyber Devon) (be a shame if you quit Devon) 0-3 v Albion Rovers (A) (Del) a real drubbing 1-1 v East Stirling (H) (Cyber Gil) 2-1 v Forfar (A) Our first win of the season 0-0 v Berwick (H) (Chris M) 2-0 v Queen's Park (H) (Keith) 2-3 v East Fife (A) (Cyber Chris F) 1-2 v Montrose (A) (Michal) Off the bottom, but only just xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Dumbarton Sacked. mkus
Additional 1/4 Update: Forfar Athletic LLAMA LEAGUE Couldn't give a s**t about it, but did find it amusing how I lost my first game 4-1, lost my second game too and still finished second. DIVISION THREE Played one match, I think I won but I can't remember for sure and don't remember who I played either. I'd lost the will to live by this stage with the snail pace pre-season. 8/4 Updates Berwick Tonights session for me was absolute rubbish. Ass Man got us to 2nd, I got us to 9th!! === Montrose An odd session tonight, where my mood was not helped by a 6 game non winning streak in the league League v Queen of the South (H) 4-0 v Stirling (A) 3-3 v Brechin (A) 0-0 v Morton (H) 2-2 v Queen's Park (cyber-Keith) (A) 2-2 v Arbroath (A) 0-2 v Raith (H) 0-1 v Airdrie (A) 5-2 v Queen of the South (A) 1-0 Cups Challenge Cup R1 v Elgin (cyber-Devon) (H) 0-1 AET League Cup R2 v St Mirren (A) 0-4 Finished the session in 4th, 3pts behind 1st placed Queen's Park === East Fife Lots of goals, several defeats, a couple of wins and a dramatic 3-3 against east stirling from 3 down. 3rd bottom. === Something strange is happening at Stranraer ... mkus
15/4 Update: The Loons How apt. Forfar 2 Stranraer 0 - 359 East Stirling 3 Forfar 0 - 313 Forfar 1 Stenhousemuir 0 - 370 Alloa 1 Forfar 1 - 342 Scottish Cup First Round - Queen of the South 4 Forfar 1 - 1115 Forfar 0 Berwick 1 - 379 Dumbos 1 Loons 1 - 789 - How apt I've managed both Albion 0 Forfar 2 - 487 Forfar 0 East Fife 0 - 361 Forfar 0 Elgin 2 - 396 Stranraer 0 Forfar 0 - 431 === East Fife Started **** and my youth team keeper who came in wasn't able to stop a ****. Nearly quit as I was letting in about four goals a game. Then I had to go and eat and my ass man won 2 on the bounce and played a completely different youth team keeper who was much better then the one I picked. Doh. Became mediocre from that point but at least I wasn't garbage. Finished third from bottom but only 9 points from the play-off's and if I can keep my end of session form going I might do that. Only if I get really lucky though. Top marks to my ass man for being much better at my job then I am. === Montrose - the Pools Player's friend If nothing else, we've become hard to beat, and somehow, despite a run of only 4 goals in 7 games, we've become top scorers in the division: League v Stirling (H) 3-1 v Ayr (A) 3-2 v Brechin (H) 0-0, missed pen and 70 minutes against 10 men v Morton (A) 0-0 v Raith (A) 0-0 v Queen's Park (cyber-Keith) (H) 1-0 v Arbroath (H) 1-1 v Airdrie United (H) 1-1 v Queen of the South (H) 1-1 v Stirling (A) 5-1 v Ayr (H) 3-1 Cup R2 v Albion Rovers (cyber-Del) (A) 1-2 Some tables (\o/) for you: SD3: SD2:
mkus
22/4 Update East Fife 7 games, 5 wins and 2 defeats. I'm still in 7th but only 2 points of the playoffs now and it's very tight. Only real down point was getting thrashed 5-1 by bottom and rubbish Elgin. Seeing as I started the session with my job under pressure it was an excellent evening. ==== Forfar Athletic Forfar 1 East Stirling 0 - 362 Stenhousemuir 2 Forfar 3 - 323 Berwick 0 Forfar 2 - 343 Forfar 0 Dumbarton 0 - 400 Forfar 0 Alloa 0 - 400 East Fife 3 Forfar 1 - 373 Forfar 3 Albion 1 - 365 5th, played 27, 39 points (same as third) ==== Montrose Forget the bit about us being hard to beat, tonight it was all too easy v Brechin (A) 1-4 v Queen's Park (cyber-Keith) (A) 1-5 v Arbroath (A) 2-1 v Morton (H) 2-4, superkeepered into submission v Raith (H) 0-0 v Airdrie Utd (A) 1-0 Somehow only 3pts off second, but currently occupying 6th spot ==== Very poor session from Berwick. mkus
29/4 Updates Montrose (mkus) v Queen of the South (A) 3-3 v Stirling (H) 2-2 v Ayr (A) 1-0 v Brechin (H) 2-0 v Morton (A) 2-3 v Raith (A) 0-2 v Queen's Park (H) 0-0 v Arbroath (H) 2-0 With one game to go, a draw would confirm a playoff spot, a defeat would be okay if Arbroath failed to win. Airdrie raced into a 3-0 lead and Arbroath were winning. Went just about as attacking as I could for the 2nd half, but we only pulled one back in the 71st minute. By the 83rd it was 3-3, and I was struggling to revert to a normal formation. Fortunately we held on, and Arbroath ended up drawing: v Airdrie (H) 3-3 3rd spot secured, into the playoffs we go Playoff semi v Queen's Park (H) 0-0 (A) 2-0 === East Fife (Crosbysleftear) Excellent session, beaten by champions East Stirling but that's about all that went wrong. Crept into the play-off places with a dramatic win over Simons Forfar and held onto that place just. Play-off semi against second division Stirling was won 3-0 on aggregate and now I face Dumbarton for a place in division 2. === The tables: SD2 SD3 === 1/5 mini session Montrose (mkus) Playoff Final v Cowdenbeath (A) 2-2 (H) 0-1 (81st minute pen missed) Still, not a bad 3 seasons - two playoffs and one promotion. === East Fife (crosbysleftear) v Dumbarton 0-0 (h) 1-1 (a) Promoted on away goals. === 6/5 Updates East Fife (crosbysleftear) I hate pre-season. Couldn't attract anyone apart from a new goalie and an old DC. Good start to the season - 3 wins in 4 games. 2 wins were in cups though so not many points picked up. === Montrose (mkus) Preseason Friendlies: St Mirren (H) 3-0 Nuneaton (A) 0-1 TNS (H) 2-3 Huddersfield (H) 4-1 Blackpool (H) 2-2 Albion (Del) (H) 7-1 League East Stirling (cyber-Gil) (A) 0-1 had my arse kicked by more than the scoreline suggests Brechin (H) 2-0 League Cup R1 v Berwick (cyber-Chris M) (H) 4-3 AET Challenge Cup R1 v Raith (H) 3-3p From 3-0 up FFS === No updates yet from the other lazy gits! mkus
Merci. 2 seasons to do a summary update on: 2009/10 Div 2 Gil's East Stirling won the league quite easily, with my Montrose once again failing in the playoffs. Chris' East Fife went down in the playoffs Div 3 Del's Albion Rovers won the division by a handsome margin 2010/11 Div 1 A dull season for Gil, who spent most of the season in 9th and went down in the playoffs. Div2 Del repeated Gil's trick and won 2 divisions in consecutive seasons with Albion. I unfairly got sacked by Montrose whilst still in the playoff hunt Div 3 Somehow Simon got Forfar promoted on the last day, Darren joined us as Alloa manager, did crap, got sacked, got hired by East Fife after they sacked Chris, who retired from the game Chris Gillman joined, randomly picked Alloa , did slightly better than Darren, but still finished 10th. Nobby_McDonald
Question... How do pill poppers riding in the Tour de France help me win promotion with Forfar Athletic? Answer... By me watching their crazy antics, my Ass Man is busy securing promotion for me.
mkus
Ayr A better session this week saw a return of 5-3-2 in the league and took us to 7-3-8 overall, still in with a shout of the playoffs. Darren got sacked again from East Fife, and as for the absent managers, Albion Rovers are 8th in SD1, East Stirling top of SD2, Forfar in the relegation scrap, Berwick and Stranraer also in the SD3 playoff hunt. mkus
2011/12 Season Summary Ayr A **** start, a decent middle (when I thought we might challenge for the playoffs), and a **** end - we started the last session only one or two points behind Alloa and ended it 13 behind, in 7th. Division 3 A dull season for the LLaMas. Darren got sacked by East Fife, only to be re-employed by Berwick just before the end of the season. Scott took over Elgin for the last session: Division 2 Gil took East Stirling straight back up (his assman did most of the hard work); Simon spent a large part of the season able to qualify for either set of playoffs. Division 1 Not a lot to say - Del got Albion out of the division in style
mkus
2012/3 Mid-season update Ayr After a slow start to the season we won all 7 in the league last night, with only 1 goal going past us, to surge into 1st place \o/ In the Scottish Cup, we found the Holy Grail, with an away trip to Celtic awaiting us in round 3. Div 3 After a good start, Chris' Alloa are falling away a little, while Scott and Darren battle it out for 10th spot: Div 2 Simon maintains hopes of a promotion spot, whilst Del fights a 2nd successive relegation: Div 1 Gil looks like he'll be the 1st LLaMa to manage more than one season above SD2:
mkus
2012/13 Season Summary This season saw a bunch of new LLaMas join midway, will make for an interesting season next year as their teams settle down. SD1 Gil earns the plaudits as the 1st manager to retain his SD1 place SD2 After flirting with relegation for most of the season Albion actually held 4th spot with one game to go, only for Simon's Forfar to wrest it back and then get stuffed in the playoffs SD3 A year of upheaval for most of the LLaMa teams, with new managers in abundance. After leading the table for quite a while, Ayr finished second and clung on to get promoted on away goals in the playoff final \o/
mkus
2013/14 Mid Season Update SD1 Gil's East Stirling maintain a respectable mid-table position and are into the 4th round of the Scottish Cup: SD2 Dundee look to be running away with things, so Simon and I will have to fight for the runner up spot, as things stand: Forfar are also still in the cup. SD3 The top two are well clear, but a couple of LLaMa teams are in with a shout of the playoffs. Darren keeps up his record, which now stands at P138 W24 D32 L92 GD -161. Del is currently on the dole after Albion sacked him, and Dale had to retire.
mkus
2013/14 End of Season Update SD1 Gil's East Stirling more than held their own again and had a trip to the Scottish Cup semis thrown in for good measure SD2 Only Simon's Forfar got anywhere near beating Dundee to the title. Unfortunately for him (but not for me) they fell apart in the playoff final, losing 3-0 at Ayr and then 2-0 at home \o/ SD3 The shame!! LLaMas fill the bottom 4 spots, Berwick even give Darren a new 4 year contract. Alex has a good go with Elgin, and Ian loses to Arbroath in the playoff final. Maybe next year. mkus
2014/15 Review Not a great year to be a LLaMa manager. SD1 Gil's East Stirling struggled compared to previous seasons. The only good thing to say about my season with Ayr is that the board remained very pleased throughout. SD2 After last year's 2nd place finish, Simon's Forfar went into freefall, and he was sacked in March. SD3 Despite having been rewarded with a 4 year contract for his previous ineptitude, Darren was sacked before Christmas, and Ian in April despite QotS being 4th. Simon took over. Chris' Alloa were hard to beat, but didn't do enough to make the playoffs, whilst Dave turned around Stranraer, mostly due to the fact that he started turning up for the sessions Alex had the toughest season, dropping silly points that would have landed the title before being well beaten by Simon in the playoff final. mkus
2015/16 Mid-season Update SD2 After a dodgy start, Simon has steered Queen of the South into the playoff spots (just about). After an even dodgier start, Ayr sacked me . SD3 All those LLaMa teams, and not one of them top of the league!! Goncalo slipped last night after a great start, Darren's managed to get some wins, Ian's slowly working some magic at Berwick, and Dumbarton weren't quite as bad as I thought they'd be. Last season for Stranraer seems to have been a blip, Chris could just miss the playoffs again and Mike's had a solid start at Airdrie.
mkus
2015/16 Season Summary SD2 I started badly with Ayr and got sacked around October time. Simon had a decent first season in SD2 with Queen of the South and if he'd been around from January onward they may have made the playoffs. SD3 Two new LLaMas this season, Goncalo and Mike. Both made decent starts and, again, if Mike had been around for the last session Airdrie may have made the playoffs. Alex took Elgin to 2nd and non-promotion again. Chris got sacked by Alloa for a combination of indifferent form and declaring interest in every job going. He recycled to Queen's Park who are £7m in debt. Not quite sure what happened at Stranraer. Ian took over Berwick, who I think could be dark horses next year. Still, Darren had left them in such a state that he actually managed to not finish bottom. I took over Dumbarton after Christmas, and despite not fancying the squad much, we had enough (luck) about us to get promoted. Point of note: Gil-less East Stirling got relegated from SD1
David Pagi
Hi guys, hopefully it is ok to post this here, I was speaking to Nobby on OTF about your game to see if there is a possibility I could join your clan. I still play FM07 myself and have always wanted to play a LLama online game. I have been in the established EPL Challenge clan for 2/3 years in the past (whos threads you can find in this forum) but really fancy trying my hand at the lower levels, as I much prefer LLM when I play 1 player games. Any chance?

mkus
2016/17 Season Summary SD2 With East Stirling coming down as a professional club after several years in SD1, there was only ever going to be one winner. However, Simon's Queen of the South put up a valiant fight and I guided Dumbarton to a respectable 4th. Both of us went out in the playoff semi's. SD3 Alex finally broke his second place hoodoo and claimed the title, Goncalo (well, his assman) secured a playoff spot (losing in the final), Mike, Dave and Chris (reborn at Brechin after Queen's Park sacked him) were all competing for the last playoff spot with a couple of games to go. Adam took over at Berwick, and seems to have them set up quite nicely for next year. Everyone knows where Darren finished, though he did take East Fife to an SFA R3 tie with Rangers.
