[FM23] Hey Im Just The Director Of Football - DoF Challenge [Finished]

Like I mentioned in the General Discussions Thread I started one of those DoF Challenges.

After two season now, lets do a little save here.

No real goals, just some fun.:brock:

 

Im in charge of the transfers, staff, infrastructur, finances etc.

But I cant coach the team and build a tactic for it.

This is part of the manager. (assistent manager ingame)

 

You can choose real managers only with the help of the editor.

I will do that based on max reputation of the club. Also a little bit of realism.

 

And did my "test save" with Besiktas, so I will stick to that.

Two season and two time 3rd places. This is not that easy as it sounds.

With Besiktas you will ofcause battle with the other two big teams from Istanbul for the title.

But also Trabzonspor is a force.

We got a decent starter squad, but we got some dead wood in my eyes.

Wellington and Nkoudou need to go. Their wages are to high for their quality and they block foreign spots.

 

I think this is a pretty tough call, but I released Hutchinson.

He is injured for 5 months, high wages, old and declining.

Out main man will be Aboubakar and Ghezzal.

Eyüp is a very good youngster. Bielsa used him a lot in the test save.

So why the hell not use him again.

I asked Bielsa for a striker and he wanted Dabbagh.

He is a nice PF with good workrate and teamwork. Perfect Bielsa player.

And with 21 years we are looking for the future.

Süper Lig 2022/23 - Game Day 21

I mean I like a spicy derby, but not that spicy.

Went up 1:0 after 20 seconds.

Saiss decides to do two stupid fouls in the 6 minutes.

Muleka finished his braces 6 minutes after the red card.

Goal keeper error from Mert and Zaniolo makes it 2:1.

7 minutes after that Gala made it 2:2 and Gagliardini decides to jump someone from behind. :lol:

The 2nd half was lost with only 9 men.
