attribute roles

Hi guys, i've read the following article https://footballmanagerstory.com/fm22-advanced-forward-guide-to-attributes/ and i seek help with other common roles (BPD, DLP, CM, SV, CF.....). especially the part down here in bold for other roles. what do you think?

The game gives you both the Key and the Preferable attributes for every position and duty combination. Have you looked at that?

The green being Key and the blue Preferable. You can click on the role and duty on the left to select the one you want.

Maybe you mean the attributes weighting for each position, which is something different from key & preferable for each role. Since FM21; attributes weighting is available in Pre-Game Editor. You can see it here in a graph (same for FM22).

BTW, there is no tiers inside the game. Attributes is being connected each other; for example Finishing - Composure - Strength for strikers to increase the chance of putting the ball inside the net.

i use the foolowing steps in player search

first tier with 12

second tier with 11

third tier  with 10

i think it finds very good players. that's what i want to do with other roles. 

 

 can you give an advice how i can do that or something similar with the freen/blue colouros?
