Yellow exclamation mark on tactics screen

Amazingly google has not been my friend on this and a quick search yielded nothing although I'm sure this has been asked before...

 

Just started playing desktop FM22 in the last week or so and now when I go to my tactics screen I can see some players having a yellow exclamation mark next to their name - can anyone tell me what this is please?

I don't have it in front of me currently, but I think it's either lightly injured or that the player is exhausted and need a rest.

That makes sense as I'm currently going through a period of 10 games in a month but as there's the "Rst" icon I wondered if it was something different - thanks XaW.

No worries, happy to help. Often the game has some sort of tooltip if you hover over anything so perhaps it's there for this too?

I should double check this, but I'm quite sure it happened to me lately because I was by mistake playing a player in a position in which he had zero familiarity

Thought it just indicated jadedness.
