pre game editor & deadline day

When editing a new league strcture in the pregame editor, what have I to do so the first division will have the deadline day feature included ? Is it hard coded in certain leagues ? Does it depend of its reputation ?

Not sure if it's in the basic editor, but in the advanced rules one it's just a tick box. Go to (Country Name) > Transfers > Transfer Windows  Then click on the transfer window you want, scroll down in the details box and towards the bottom is the "Has Immersive Deadline Day Experience" tick box. Tick that and you should have it.

Can this be done for a save that is already in progress? I'm playing the danish league and I don't get a deadline day at all.

Probably not possible. I don't think the in game editor can change this.
