How do I keep motivation to keep on a save ?

Hello I m stuck in so many saves started because I start the pre season with some deafeats or I start thinking that the club that i m managing it s not the right for me, and I m stuck with this things these days, can someone help me to how to find motivation to keep the save  or finding  the right club

I think of it as a full career.  Starting club doesn't bother me, if it doesn't work out i'll apply for jobs elsewhere.

It's nice looking back on a 30 year career and seeing my ups and downs at various clubs

I always have at least 2 saves going, now with a big team where I don’t really care about results and I know I’ll do well in my main save in one of the lesser leagues in Europe and when I get tired of the main save just switch to the other one and try stuff. I don’t have to save the games and I can keep playing the same game over and over again until i feel inspired
