Create a new FFP (Financial fair play)

It would be very intriguing to see the ability to construct a new form of FFP for competitions. In real life, FFP is quite inert (useless) and it would be amazing to add to FM the ability to reshape the financial sector of the game. For example, we could add net spend limits to Club competitions e.g Net spend cannot go below -£100 million. Or you could add a spending limit, something to provide more control over Clubs financial activities.

This can be done in the pre game editor already. I have created one for the English competition with very tight spending limits and it gave very interesting results. It does need you to edit in advanced rules, but this feature is already in the game.
