Anyone know why I cant praise or warn the training ?

Did you got him recently? Maybe it's too soon. I had similar case with youngsters. You cannot give them praise/warning about training performance for first few weeks. After that it's available again.

You can warn and praise from the training report that you get, but can only warn/praise after a period of poor/good performances and not just after 1

The coach feedback even says he "has not been training enough lately to be evaluated"

On beta or FM20 I could (actually I cant remeber), that is why I asked for.

That period is counted on days or games? Do you know how much?

not sure how long, 3-4 weeks appromixately.

Not really. I can warn/praise players for one good/bad period for sure because I was doing this a lot. As said it's because he's not training long enough with a team.
