Help with the scoreboard

Could someone help me with information? I was wondering how I could put it that way with the shields and the full name, instead of the "original" as it comes. The original the name comes "cut" and does not appear the colors or the logo. If anyone can help me, I am grateful.

 

 

I tried to find it on the forum about it but unfortunately I didn't find it
