Set to not wanted and transfer list when offering a player?

Hi guys,

 

There used to be a little universal check box so that when you offered a player it set their squad status to not wanted and also transfer listed them - I can see this per player on the offer page but I cant find the little check box to do it by default - can someone tell me where this is or if its gone so I can stop looking for it :D

It used to  be in Team Policy - under the Transfers Tab

And where is team policy - im a bit rusty lol

from the squad menu you can right-click on a player and set their expected playing time to surplus to requirements. i use this before offering them out so they will more easily accept offers now that their status is so low

Thanks but I am talking about something different - when you offer a player to clubs it can auto set them to listed and surplus.  I can see the individual check box when I make an individual offer but if I want to highlight and offer say 9 reserve players I dont want to have to set every one individually to listed etc.  there is an option somewhere to make this happen by default - it used to be under personal assistant or something.
