Board unhappy with goals from 4141, but leading the league!

My board is unahppy that my formation is not producing enough goals, but I'm leading the league in goals by a wide margin while only using the 4141.  What gives?

If the board has mentioned that playing a spectacular and/or offensive football in their vision/philosophy or they have suggested a certain formation that means that you need to make a request to the board to discuss that and eventually change it.

 

If nothing of the above was mentioned, just ignore them, the board will always be needy lol  personnally, as long as you do not have a problem with scoring just few goals, that's fine!

I'd post this in the bugs forum. That's an extremely impressive number of goals scored, I can see no reason whatsoever they should be unhappy with it.

In reality, as long as the team is performing well on the field and winning trophies, there is no board in the world that is going to nitpick about minor details of their vision.  It is clearly needing some tuning and it would be good if you could report this in the Bugs forum with a save from just before that message.
