Those of you who are Labasa fans after reading my 7 year there may never forgive me, hell I may never forgive myself. However just remember, we are in it for the air miles and this team have proven much to my chagrin that they get wins. We sell our soul to the devil and take over at our most hated enemy.

Queue the pigs head falling at my feet.

The squad is good, but to be honest my Labasa team were very close to this if not already on par. This could end up being a very embarrassing mistake.

I should stop reading right now, and the only reason I am continuing on is to see you lose to Labasa.

Not the best month for us as we topple out of the Champions League thanks to a great performance by Labasa in the return leg our semi final. An early sending off didn't help matters but certainly they deserved it on the night although we shouldn't be going out like this. Things are not all going to plan. In the league however we still have a perfect record.

See! That's what you get!

13 pages?

You are like a @Makoto Nakamuraon speed. I can't keep up with that.

I'm going to have to start skimming your thread I think. Sorry.

Yeah I'm pretty quick, although in fairness we are already in 2037, so that's 20 years of gameplay or so, so there should be a few pages. I just tend to update when I see something worth reporting.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the Youth Intakes. I just don't think you can expect to get players at that age ready for 1st Team action very often no matter what level you are playing at.

In Fiji, it happens quite often in fairness, I am not expecting it as much in New Zealand and Australia, but in Fiji, we were getting probably close to a player a season on average especially when I was at Labasa and had built things up.

See. I told you not to expect players ready to walk straight into the starting line-up.

Yep that was a bad one.

You would be mad to leave but stay in Fiji. Look at the quality of kids your Academy is pumping out.

(Yes I know that you have already joined them or already told them to do one, but let's just go with it).

After the mess that was the registration period where we had to let players go as we couldn't fit them inside the budget we actually started pretty well with a draw against Newcastle which we should have won, as we were dominant and then another dominant display as we scalped Brisbane Roar at their ground.

After two games we are in amongst it. There is a trophy in Australia for winning the regular season so that is definately the goal here.

November sees us produce a perfect month, as it's five wins out of five for us. We have been getting ahead in almost every game and then dominating. Very happy with how the team is currently performing.

We are taking the league by storm and have opened up a 5 point lead to second place Melbourne Victory.

Well in December we have continued to kick ass! One draw at home to second place Melbourne Victory but the rest of the fixtures were comfortable victories. We look very good this season.

We have opened up a huge of 13 points over Melbourne Victory and 20 points to non-playoff positions.

I can do no wrong at the moment.

A more nail biting month this time but we are still undefeated this season, and I am just wondering how long it can go on for. We had another transfer window close and it is a nightmare everytime as I need to cut players as suddenly I am over the salary cap. Not a fun aspect of the league. In some of the other games this month we were a little more pressured, with a couple of games where we let in 3 goals, which we need to avoid as much as possible. Still we look unstoppable at the moment.

Its a monster 15 point lead over Brisbane Roar and it is 26 points to Melbourne City in 7th place the first team not to be in the playoffs. We are making this look like childs play. Very happy with the boys.

This month started with a draw against Brisbane, that confirmed us as Regular Season Champions, a second draw followed and I was worried we were unravelling a little. Against WSW we had 7 first teamers away on international duty, but WSW were probably affected too and we came through 5-0 and we added another 5-0 to Adelaide too. We remain undefeated with 4 games to go of the regular season. It would be some achievement if we went the season undefeated.

The league shows that we have sewn up the league and are 20 points clear of Melbourne Victory in second place.

Well thats the end of the season and now it is air miles time.

We won 20 games last season.

The equation is as follows:-

3 x 5.78 x 2 x 1.07 (28 game season) = 37.18 miles per win = 743.55 miles earned this year. Added to the 570.24 we already had gives us 1,313.79 miles in the kitty.

We now cover quite a large area of Australia, but it actually doesn't help too much apart from opening up Adelaide to us. New Zealand is back in play, but since we came from there and have already managed there, there is no upside to going back. Still that is a huge increase in range. Next year we have Champions League football so perhaps we can get an even bigger year next year for the air miles. We shall see.

Apart from our exit from the FFA Cup at the hand of Sydney FC, we have been very good in our first month of the season as we strung together three wins from three games, to start with a perfect record. Very nice to take apart WSW after they knocked us out of the post season last year.

The league table after the first month has us top.

Well we suffered our first regular season defeat since I joined the club this month, we were quite unlucky, but hey it was going to happen eventually. We did make up for it by winning the remainder of the games in the month.

We are top of the league by 6 points from Melbourne Victory.

Probably our worst month in charge as we lose to Melbourne Victory and drop points to Perth Glory as well. In fairness the Perth game was very much affected by us having 7 players out playing in internationals. We were asked if we wanted to move the games, which we did, but they seem to have place them during other international games, which is very nice of them to do so.

In the league we are still clear of both Melbourne clubs by 6 points.

I apologize if I missed it, but how do you plot the distance?  Looks like something with Google maps?

If you mean how do I work out the distance, then it is on the first page the equation but I modified the first number from 1 to 3 as the base for the equation as things were slow early on. If you mean how do I draw it on the maps, the is a website which you can use to draw on Google Maps called Map Developers https://www.mapdevelopers.com/draw-circle-tool.php. I use that to see range and then when I actually move clubs I go to the ground of the current club in google maps, right click and then click measure distance and then go to where the other club is and left click and it will draw the shortest distance between the two points geographically.

Well at first you might look at this and say, well you didn't very well this month, and that is true, however we still have 7 players on international duty playing in the stupid AFC Cup. For some reason Australia see no reason to go on a break for the tournament so we get screwed, while most of the teams we play have normally one guy called up. I know I'm moaning but I am pissed at how stupid this is, anyway the bottom line is, lots of points dropped this month. Oh and it's going to continue next month too. For some reason this tournament for some reason takes bloody ages to play! :seagull:

February is in the books and the big boys came back from international duty after the Newcastle game and form improved, although not the perfect month as we dropped points to WSW, but I am not too concerned, we look good for the league.

We are six points clear of Melbourne City. Wellington Phoenix are having an absolute nightmare. 18 played and 18 lost.

March has been a good month for us. We have taken complete control of our Champions League group, having won all three games, including a 2-0 away win in Japan. The league form has fluctuated but we are just about doing enough. The end of the month was tough as we played 2nd and 3rd respectively, I think we are looking for the title, but a dip now and we will rue our mess ups.

We are six points clear of Melbourne City and have already qualified for the post season.

We tried again and there was no option to put a lower managerial waiver. I think I will sign a new contract, as adding new leagues will take time. I also don't know what range we will end up with. So probably in the end I will agree to their two year deal.
