I'm currently on 29.december, and it feels totally unrealistic that I can't make an agreement to loan a player that will sign a loan deal for the clubs once the window opens in a few days. You have always given us this possibility with transfers, so why not loan deals? It really should be included in the first patch, because this is a part of the FM-series that really needs to be changed. Small, but important change.
