phd_angel
One of the most exciting elements of FM is the possibility to move to different clubs in different countries. Yet, your president and board get unhappy if you apply for jobs while employed... Are there ways to increase chances of being approached by other clubs with job offers (besides being a good-performing coach, of course)?
sporadicsmiles
Short contracts where you do not earn very much, I guess. That will make compensation for you be as small as possible. But actually being a good manager is the best way!
adammc
Yep what sporadicsmiles said. I started a save with blackburn rovers and I have had a lot of job offers. My best offer yet has been off Real Madrid after I got back to back promotions into the premier league. Whereas in my Man City save I am 3 years in and haven't had one offer despite winning the League all 3 seasons and winning the champions league back to back years.
