Unambitious 5 star newgen

Recommended Posts

Thanks for the reply @kandersson.

I've tried previously, not with unambitious but low determination I think it was, and didn't have any success.

Would you go in straight away with a professional/resolute tutor? Or in stages, and start with someone more balanced and not too far away on the personality spectrum?

Usually I go with tutors with 'best' personality i.e. resolute/professional/model professional plus high determination (and I tend to have a lot as I'd often recruit them just for mentoring purpose!), and use multiple tutors until the youngster has the desired personality/determination. It can take time but usually succeeds in the end!

Yes I'd use the best tutor you have until you can find a better one. I've had consistent success in improving personality of youngsters, the only exceptions are those who reject tutoring and end up hating me as a manager, I got a couple of those! The key for me is having a lot of high character mentors (I almost treat them like guinea pigs), and do multiple cycles of tutoring.
