oddspundit
I support a lower league team and our manager is currently doing his pro license. Often he talks about gaining the football qualifications as not so much about the qualification itself but the fact you get to meet new contacts on these courses that allow you to develop and create new relationships within football. So how about, When you do go on a coaching course in game it tells you who else is on that coaching course with you, allow some form of integration with those fellow class members. Maybe some attendees are merely Reserve team managers and U19 coaches at the very beginning but later on you might get put on a course with an ex premier league player or two who later in game go on to manager a decent team. With memory of you being someone who developed with them on your coaching course it then gives you a little more impetus and chance of signing unwanted players on the cheap or loaning players from their team. Develop the idea as you will and discuss, but it is definitely a feature that would add realism and develop the game somewhat even further.
Jason the Yank
That could be interesting, and it could tie in with the existing relationships ("feels the two of you could become friends", etc.). Could possibly have an effect on hiring staff too, like that U19 coach is more willing to sign with you because he remembers you from the training course.
