Chalky1989 Posted November 2, 2012 Author Share Posted November 2, 2012 I should add that I had the demo downloaded, but did not have the Beta. Don't know if that changes anything. Done the former solution, and the latter. Steam is working fine, but the game is still downloading again. I'll wait and see what it does when it completes downloading again. And I'll let you know. Wiitastic Posted November 2, 2012 Share Posted November 2, 2012 When I went to play my version of the full game by clicking PLAY button in steam, it did look like it was downloading it a 2nd time but it was veryfying it all again, maybe that is what you are confusing it with. I'd seen it at about 95%, went out for a few mins, came back to see it tick over to 100%, went to open it up, but before my cursor reached the button, it had started the process again. So the advice seems to have worked, and I think the tip about changing server helped also, I didn't realise you could do that before. So thanks SI/Neil! Now I can enjoy the game!
