Caius Joaquinum
Atm I´m playing in Ireland, in Cork City and there is no reserve league or something like that there. So I´m wondering how to improve my reserve players because I need to rely on youngsters because of low league reputation and also I need to keep playing with my "stars" in order to win games. mije1983
Loan them out or arrange friendlies for your reserve team.
Cougar2010
If they are good enough you rotate and use them in the first team. Otherwise they play for the youth team or you loan them out to a club where they will play. Managing isn't about playing your best players all the time, bringing through younger players by giving them games is part of it.
Things Could Get Messi
Arrange friendlies for every other week. The AI seem to do that a lot more now than in past versions so why shouldn't you?
Caius Joaquinum
Due to the strange irish schedules is really hard to loan them out. I can´t make that players play for U18 team even in friendlies. I do as many rotations as I can but I have a large squad and can´t handle all of my reserves. And I have a large squad because I need it for making some profit and need to improve my 19-21 old players for making them futurible starters (It´s imposible to renew contracts).
