What happened to the editor?

After downloading 12.1 the editor is broken!!!

It has come up with some green skin and I can't select any of the options.

Anyone else experience this?

Works perfectly fine for me, just tested.

Try re-install it and or verify cache.

Same happened to my editor i just found out. couldnt verify or nothing had to force quit program.

verify was one of the few options i actually could read in there. else everything is green. does this mean i have to delete editor and download it again?

I have only green screen with some invisible fonts, can't do anything. Veryfing brings no help. What can we do. SI - help :>

I am having the same problem. I have deleted and re-downloaded the editor twice, verified the cache etc and still getting the same thing.

How do I delete my Editor Cache files?

First of all you need to turn on hidden files and folders.

XP:

My Computer

'Tools'

'Folder Options'.

The go to the 'View' tab and select 'Show hidden files and folders'

Windows Vista and Windows 7:

My Computer

'Organize'

'Folder and Search Options'.

The go to the 'View' tab and select 'Show hidden files and folders'

Once this is done, follow the instructions below:

Windows XP:

1. Open “My Computer”

2. Navigate to : “Documents and Settings\<Username>\Application Data\

3. Go into the “Sports Interactive” Folder.

4. Go to the “Editor 2012” Folder.

5. Delete the 'cache' Folder found inside here.

Windows Vista and Windows 7:

1. Click “Start”

2. Click your username on the start Menu

3. Click on “AppData” and then “Roaming”

4. Go into the “Sports Interactive” Folder

5. Go to the “Editor 2012” Folder.

6. Delete the 'cache' Folder found inside here.

If it helps anyone who still has the issue, I ran the .exe file independant of steam, as if steam was never involved, to find it, go to your program files, find your steam folder, go to SteamApps, then Common, then Football Manager 2012 editor and the editor.exe application should be there @about 9 MB. I trield everything else such as verfying the cache etc. but nothing seemed to work, I hope that helps you all

I had to delete FM12 and the editor and re installed it . Note !! download and install the Game First then Verify the game in steam . Then download the editor second . I had to do it twice before i realised.
