eastley
Hey All. I finally made my way to Liverpool in 2018, it has now hit 2019 and back man Agger is showing age, he is getting injured a lot and my coaches report say he is no longer suitable for first team duties. I held a private chat with him after he complained, and told him he no longer fits in to my first team plans and that I will alow him to leave to play out his career, he agreed to the termination and off he went. Why can't we, after a player has been at a club for so long, hold a conference or team meeting or something to say Thank you for your services, best of luck, good bye etc.. I feel so mean, basically shoving him out the door!
gigiipse
Well, you were incredibly mean. You could have suggested him to take on a staff position or something. You just don't sack those kind of players
