Would you prefer to be able to play as a young manager?

I'm a 22 year old female and I was pretty happy that they introduced female managers in the last game. In the old games I created fictional people, but now I find it weird that I can pick my gender (although I don't know a single female manager IRL) but not my age.

It would also be unrealistic to have a 99 year-old female Tonga/Uzbeckistan manager with "Sunday League Footballer" experiance suddenly take charge at Real Madrid.

...however that would be perfectly legitimate within the current system.

In conclusion, I think we should at least have the ability to choose for ourselves.
