Bradford City Data Issues

• Luke Hendrie - Apps from 2021/22 season is wrong. Currently set at 32, should be 4. Luke Hendrie - Stats 21/22 | Transfermarkt (EDIT: It was 16 Apps not 4 (My bad!), the entry for the history was duplicated, which is why it was showing 32)
• Harry Lewis - Perhaps leadership could be a bit higher than 5. He's a strong personality in the squad and has been trusted with the captains armband in the past. Something like 8 or 9.
• Timi Odusina - Should be loaned to Woking FC until January - Timi Odusina Signs On Loan | Woking Football Club (wokingfc.co.uk)
• Jonathan Tomkinson - Starts the season with a 3 month injury in game. He missed pre-season due to this injury, but returned to fitness at the end of August/Early September and he played for Bradford against Grimsby on 9th September. So, perhaps this injury could be reduced to end towards the back end of August.
• Harry Chapman - Should start the season with an hamstring injury sustained on 18th April 2023. He is back in training as of now, and is expected to be back in the team within the next week or 2. So perhaps the injury could have an end date around 10th-15th October 2023.

That['s a good call on the Tomkinson injury, and the other injuries.

Fair enough. Just thought January loans would be added from the start. Maybe one for the winter update if he ends up staying the full season. Can always use the editor for it etc 

I'm assuming this is a database issue, but the transfer screen for the Gillingham team doesn't have all the transfers made during the summer listed. 

Max Clark, Jonny Williams, Macauley Bonne and Conor Masterson are all in the team but aren't listed on the 'transfers' screen.

Were all them transfers made irl before 3rd July 2023?

Yes, I believe so. 

Rory Watson's career history isn't showing Doncaster, he signed there for a month in August.

MK Dons will be due £2M if Burnley gain promotion from Championship before 20th June 2026. Im @ Sep 23rd. When will this get paid or hasnt it triggered? Possible bug?

Tranmere Rovers sent their own list of rivals to us, which we have to include for licensing reasons.

That'll be why then, 3rd of July is the 'official start date' of your save so any transfers that happened on that date or after will be seen as that seasons transfers. Abit like when you reach a new season in game, transfers made before the cross over date don't show up. Try load a different nation with an earlier start date and some more transfers should appear

The clause is still there

Promising Grimbsy Town youth player Harry Shipstone isn't on the game, despite the other youth players being on it. He's over the required age. He's a huge favourite of the FM community. #JusticeForHarryShipstone

Could you not respond saying ‘we noticed you only listed Wrexham, whereas on previous versions of the game Bolton, Chester, Blackpool, Stockport, Everton and Liverpool were listed as rivals, for geographical reasons. Would you like to include them as rivals on FM24?’

Surprised Southport aren’t listed too.

MK has a massive stadium full of fans in FM24 but IRL stadium is 90% empty as they have very few fans.  Game should reflect poor fan base to add realism.

AFC Wimbledon have a fierce rivalry with only Sutton, no mention of MK Dons on their rivalries! 

Notts County's "Most League Goals by a Player in a Season" needs to be updated with Macaulay Langstaff who scored 42 goals last season in the National League.

Noticed another data issue with Bradford City

Sophie Birnie is set as 'head physio'. The head physio is actually Dayle Avison, and Sophie should be set as Physio. Men's First Team Staff Profiles | Bradford City (bradfordcityafc.com)

Also, Adam Wilson is down as Right Foot - Very Strong and Left Foot - Weak in game. Whereas for Bradford, he has been deployed as a right winger who cuts in and has used his left foot a lot more than his right (recently scoring with his left vs Wrexham). Not something the Bradford City researcher would know at the time of course, but something to have in mind.

Obviously, too late for release day database. But maybe something to change for the next database update.

Thank you to everyone who has posted in this thread up and until Release.

As explained earlier, the database for the Release was locked on 18th October. That is, before you saw Early Access. That date was out of our hands.

Since the 18th we have only been able to update major data issues that can be both easily changed in our 'dbc files', and also can be tested easily on all formats. So, we apologise for any issues that you have brought up that are still evident in the Release database.

We aim to fix as many issues as we can in a formal data update as soon as we can. That will include any issues already raised, and any that may be raised after Release.

In the meantime, your feedback continues to help us hugely. Thank you.

Can I ask about Steven Fletcher at Wrexham. Reading The Athletic he signed for a free on deadline day, in the game he joins on the 8th September leaving him ineligible and seemingly unable to be registered until Jan 24?

Will Evans (74047094) Of Newport County (581) is Right Footed in game but he is actually left footed. Can this be looked at please
