3-1-3-2-1 ( PES for FM )

I have invented this tactic when playing PES 09 with Argentina. Then I think for one time when I was in toilet. Why don't I use it in FM 2009. Then I tried out this system with Galatasaray and in the first match my team shoots 37 times to opponent bar. With right players this tactic took me to the heaven of football managers and someone said me send it to the real world..

The specific conditions for team :

Team instructions must be as the same in tactic but you can make some changes for

set pieces basing players' aerial ability.

Have maximum pitch dimensions.

Gk: Usual abilities for goalkeepers including high one on ones and aerobical attributes. (ustari, akinfeev, lloris, casillas would be best ones )

Dc: The center of 3 Dc must be a team player and strong in the air with pace. He can be like a sweeper star. ( fazio, chyzov, mexes and sakho )... The near ones must have fair amount of pace and good tackling ability. They are the most important players for team

I can suggested thiago silva, micah richards, domenico criscito, sergio ramos, chiellini , fabiano santacroce..

Dmc: The man who carries the team. Defence and organization must be good. Passing is also important. ( Lassana diarra , miguel veloso, ignacio camacho, rafael carioca , ayila yussuf , sissoko )

Mc: Creative force with team discipline. Long shot is also optional. ( moutinho , nuri şahin , mehmet ekici , toulalan , obi mikel , bernardo )

Wings: Stamina, pace, dribling , passing , tackling and positionning would be good. ( thiago neves , davide santon , srna, alexis sanchez , guardado , arda turan , cristian rodriguez )..İMPORTANT: A player with long shoot if play opposite wing for foot can score alot goal a mean a right footed winger on left wing or left footed winger on right wing.

Amc: Pace , technique and shooting is important with craetivity. ( dos santos , marquinhos, david silva , matias fernandez , kaka. )

Striker: Same abilities as pacey strikers, heading and work rate would be good. Because he will do alot of closing down with amc players. ( agüero , torres , vela , pandev , bojan, keirrison , higuain, sercan yıldırım , guilherme )

This tactic provides your team many attacking variations and scoring options. for My football mentality the full back's aren't needed.Because they don't doing good defence and when they gets forward only crossing, and also at this time they left behind too much space. With three central defender you always have enough man in behind, even tough the wings are free for opponent sometimes, it doesnt too much dangerous because no one can shoot from the Z line.And forward pressing, your team defence very great for an attacking tactic My team stats (2.8 goal per match , and 0.5 conceeding )..

the offensive line with skillfull and fast players can get every team over. You don't need a change when you conceed a goal because this tactic always has a attacking weapon to opponent, even their defence is deep or push, it doesn't matter

Is this for 9.0.3?

I never had any luck with 3 at the back. Wingers crossing is always a HUGE problem for me.

I can't see this being any different but i'll certainly have a go.

if the wings good on shoots they may be a very good scoring option with left footed on right and right footed on left.

it's a goods tactic mate, although when you come up against a team of same or better quality as yours my defence falls apart. The 3 at the back rarely ever works for me.

How is Micah Richard's performance? I tried so much to buy him to this tactic but they never sold.

Yeah, you might want to test the tactic with a team other than Galatasaray first, as their squad is so much better than anyone else's in Turkey save Fenerbahce that any half-decent tactic will let you storm the league. Give it a try with a mid-table Serie A side (it looks like it'd suit Genoa, Lazio, or maybe Napoli pretty well) and see how it goes.

I admit Turkcell Super League is an easy league for FM. But my team is in top 10 at european coefficients.

I don't know if it matters much but the CCCs are sort of low, and the crossing %, could that be just your squad ?

Clear cut chances.

My fast strikers are andrey voronov (heading 18, jumping 10) and sercan yıldırım (heading 15 and jumping 14 ) and three man in forward is quick so they can score with crosses..

It's an attacking tactic so you need creative midfielders they can do clear chances whole the match
