As a league improves and a nation will the youth rating go up with it or will it remain static It remains static, but it isn't solely responsible for the quality of youth coming through. As a league gets better, clubs will get better facilities and youth quality will increase. However there is a glass ceiling as to how high it can go. You can edit it in the in game editor if you like though. Also, if you want better youth in a smaller nation, make sure before you start your game that you change the "Game importance" for the nation in the pre-game editor. One has leveled ratings accross the board at different levels, and the the other has reissued the levels in line with FIFA ranking table for this season. barto123 Posted March 16, 2016 Share Posted March 16, 2016 Careful with changing the youth ratings to be in line with the rankings, as that can quickly unbalance the game as it doesnt take into account game importance. For example, Russia has a high youth rating in the database but a lowered game importance, so it doesnt produce too many good regens. If you lower it to match the rankings, they probably won't produce any good players at all ever. Game importance has a bigger impact on regen quality then youth rating.
