Have you got those players on strength training? If so, maybe either change it or reduce the intensity of it. Maybe a better fitness coach, who specialises in strength training would help? To reduce the time they're out for, more and better physios would help

Hi thanks for the reply my fitness coaches and physios are really good just find it very odd way to loose players for so long

I havn't seen this before,

I would check your training schedule, make sure you arn't overworking players in training, and that your fitness coaches are correctly allocated.

Bit left field, but maybe requesting a training facilities upgrade from the board might help?

Maybe you simply have players who are a bunch of p*ssys who can't cope with 'Arm Day' lol
