Can you train a player to become natural in a position?

Can you on FM14?

I know you could on FM12, but if you stopped the training they would lose their natural rating in that position.

I've not managed as far as natural. I've got to accomplished but that was after more than a year of training and plenty of match time in the new position.

Yes, but they will still revert back to accomplished if you don't keep on training them. Same as ever.

I made a thread about it some time ago. As it seems, the positions a character is created with almost never change, whereas trained positions deteriorate normally.

Guess one of those things that isn't broken enough to have to fix it.

I'm not sure of you need to keep training him, but I would expect that you would need to at the very least have him playing there regularly.
