The Welsh Lad Posted January 20, 2012 Share Posted January 20, 2012 Hi all, I have been given a new TV but unfortunately, much to my disappointment, it did not support my PC resolution settings (1660 x 900) it will only allow upto (1330 x 768). I luckily enough I was able to hook my old TV up and change the resolution settings, so my screen would load on the new TV. But unfortunately I forgot about my FM settings and I have now got ride of my old TV and now when I load up FM my TV informs me with a message that it does not support the resolution, and just gives me a black screen. Is there anyway in which I can change the FM settings without loading the game, or am I left with just uninstalling the game, for it to revert back to its default setting. rhexis Posted January 24, 2012 Share Posted January 24, 2012 Okay, I don't quite understand what's going on. Can you see FM on your computer screen? I know I have a few games that my TV resolution doesn't support, and all I do is unplug the connector the the TV and reset the resolution on my computer screen. Reccy Posted January 24, 2012 Share Posted January 24, 2012 had a similar problem with me old mans PC, he was using a HDMI cable, I changed to a DVI and the resolution worked in all games and it overcame the error above.
