I also find that if you have good scouts and they are on a world tour you tend to get told about the talented ones anyway. I would recomend scouting the U21 tournaments etc. Mehmet Ekici, Mata, Carlos Vela, Sakho, Defour, Jack Wilshere, Fleck, Guilherme, Sotris Ninis, Lallana, Akinfeev, Witsel and Ramires.
