Les Girondins
Does it increase the chances of getting decent regens? Or only of finding good players? I can't imagine its of much use because most people won't have half the world's leagues activated anyway, so there won't be much to scout except greys? KUBI
If you choose large database you will have thousends of players to scout.
Arkim
The more scouting knowledge you have, the broader your searches will be, thus giving you a bigger chance of finding players.
Scath
It also gives you knowledge of other countries which can lead to regens from there cropping up in your reserves. So in an ideal world, you could be coaching a team in Ireland or whatever, and sign a rake of Brazilians coaches/scouts etc then you could end up with lots of Brazilian regens who in theory are more likely to have high PA because they're country will usually have high reputation. Spagbol
The thing is you now only get localised regens, or ones with an approved secondary nationality and as knowledge declines so fast there really is no point in it anymore. If for example you have France as an active league and three French members of staff, you'll still need to scout it each season for the newgens to turn up in your search results.
