Jimbokav1971
Start at a lower reputation club where your own reputation will be comparable. I would guess that you are managing at a big club and have started off with a poor reputation such as "Sunday lege footballer" or "automatic". Amaroq
This is related to the Experience you chose when the game started. If you're managing a Premier League team as a former Sunday-league player , then that's your problem. The next time you start a game, you might choose a higher Experience.
