rossbalch
Hey guys, how's it going? I have a problem. I don't want to have to control all my reserve team matches, so I leave the team in the hands of my Assistant, but he has an annoying penchant for fining players. I totally back his decision to fine for poor discipline such as sendings off. But he often fines for poor performances and it's creating a bad atmosphere between me and my reserve players. Is there anyway I can stop this from happening without taking control of the reserve team myself?
marty78
Do you holiday much? I don't think my Assman ever disciplines players. You can change to a different coach controlling reserves and see if that helps.
Smurf
Sack them and hire someone else.
rossbalch
Of course, I don't know why that never occured to me. I will give it a try. I don't use the holiday function so I don't think that will be the reason. Fingers crossed changing the coach will work.

FrazT
Your assistant probably has an attribute that causes this, as it is not a common problem- get another one is the answer.
jayahr
What about the team policy settings? Does he handle the contracts as well in the reserve team?
