chocolatecoatedballs
So does the quality of your youth facilities impact upon the quality of youth coming through your junior coaching? Or are the two totally independent of the other?
vurogj
Taken from another thread about what affects youth generation, and I don't have any evidence to show it's false yet : Youth Recruitment affects the PA of your youngsters, with a higher network it also means you can get players from more countries than just your own. Junior Coaching affects the starting CA of the youngsters. Youth Attribute/Facility is just the quality of the training facilities for young players. chocolatecoatedballs
That's what I think, so they just contribute to the different stages of development independently to each other. Thanks for the reply.
Charlie_B
Youth recruitment affecting PA and junior coaching affecting CA sounds like nonsense to me. I've never been able to increase my YR more than once but I've noticed a massive different in youth player PA based on whether or not I've invested lots into junior coaching. kingjericho
I'd say that Youth Recruitment affects the PA of your youngsters in the way that you can get more youngsters, thus better youngsters.
