Does manager wage come out of the wage budget?

Does manager wage come out of the wage budget?

Curious if I should negotiate it down, to give the club more of a wage budget.

I'm pretty sure it does.

From what I seen from other members is yeah that it does.

Even if it didnt directly, it does impact finances which means less spare money that the club could offer in wages ordinarily.

"Total Player Wage Budget" says the finances screen.

Which suggest that staff wages are budgeted for in a different way.

So I very much doubt that any wages you deny yourself will be handed out elsewhere.

Keep it realistic and take what you would reasonably take in the big wide world.

not sure if the game works this way but ive seen people mention that the higher the wage you earn the more difficult i could be to sack you. Would make sense, its like chelsea perhaps wanting to sack AVB but are put off by the millions, read 12 million somewhere, it will cost to do so at the moment.

also in the finances i think theres a staff wages row in the expenditures.

It can also mean that you won't get a job if the amount to pay your current club off is too high.
