masticator
probably been asked before but what is it and how is it best used? forgive my ignorance.
ljwjones
As far as I can tell it is for fitness. So it is poassibly better to use it in the Pre season and also if a player is coming back from injury. Although I am not certain on this. Plus if you leave it on for too long players will complain about too much fitness training
TOUGHGUY
You can see what a particular default training schedule does on the Training screen. Conditioning is a high strength, very high aerobic schedule with very low training workload for other (outfield) categories.
robertcornell68
I assumed it was for players coming back after a long injury lay-off. I also assumed it would just get them injured again so I haven't used it.

milnerpoint
I use it for pre-season and for players coming back from injury, the way its set up tells me its makes sense to use it the way i am, although i obviously could be wrong
phnompenhandy
It's the best pre-season schedule I've ever come across. Put every one on it on day 1 and had the fastest fit/matchfit squad with fewest injuries ever.
