Well tutoring will work to some extent. Otherwise you could try setting Hard tackle and high closing down as tactics.

Already got tackling to hard etc and closing down. That idea of not punishing them though, that's interesting. I ALWAYS punish them for getting sent off...it could be that that is the key.

You will get the dreaded "player feels there is a lack of dicipline at the club" PR icon though. Could be worth a shot i guess.

Well punishing has a chance to lower the aggression of aggressive players, as far as I'm aware not punishing will not up that stat, just keep it the same.

Tutoring is the only way really, as it's not something that can be trained as such, your either aggressive or you're not.

Not tested it or anything but my guess would be if you get a good tutor with high determination and aggression, that might improve a young player's aggression, don't quote me on that though.
