tom_numbers
Can someone explain what it is, and why I'm in it? I'll summarise. I'm Middlesbrough boss, and it's 2022. Performance wise, we're probably the 5th or 6th best side in England. Reputation wise, probably 10th or so. It just turned February, and I checked my confidence screen, where the board are letting me know that they don't care how I do in the competition. While it'll be nice to take the trophy off of Newcastle, I don't understand why I got invited. Or when it is. Or what it is. All I can think is that I did have an American regen come through who I sold to an American side recently, and I do always have a scout in America - has he sorted something out for me?
Morris8
I've always wanted to play in this for some reason, never been invited and I guess you cant approach the MLS to play in it. With my Barca side I just signed a 17 year old keeper who was number one at Real Salt Lake if that could help me?

tom_numbers
Any idea who gets invited though?
Magnakai Haaskivi
There's not really any rhyme or reason to how MLS handles it in real life, so if there isn't any rhyme or reason to it in game than I'd say that's an accurate depiction. I'm jealous, though, I've never been invited and have always wanted to.
tom_numbers
I won 6-0 anyway The MLS All-Stars are now on a run of having lost (without scoring) each of the last 13 All-Stars games.
Martyr1777
It's just promotional... the MLS trying to get more fans by bringing in high rep Euro teams. I'm sure it's pretty random in FM. Just one of the top reputation clubs selected.
