Nope, not fair, but I suppose thats the downfall of online play. You can't keep an eye on whatever the other players are doing. Just like they can't keep an eye on you. It can ruin games but some people use it for research purposes more than anything. To gain an understanding of how certain things in the game work, like reputation and CA/PA.
