Getting the club to allow more coaches?

Im West Brom and have only 6 allowed coaches, i need a GK coach and dont want to get rid of any.

So how do i get the club to allow more than 6 coaches?

Increase the amount of money you have to spend for wages, by selling off players or adjusting your budget.

I think you'll just have to work on getting your team up the league and improve their overall financial state over the next few seasons.

I think it is linked to reputation, so the only real way to increase the allocation is to be successful and raise the stature of the club.

Be successful and the board will reward you with more coaching and scout positions. Also it can change when you have a takeover, eg. A Tycoon gives you more slots. (I think this still is linked with rep, as when I was taken over by a tycoon in FM09 my rep increased.)
