bluebirds4life Posted March 6, 2010 Share Posted March 6, 2010 Ok I'm managing Ireland in World Cup 2010 where I qualified, I've reached the second round with 6 points, so in the second round I play Russia. I'm not going to play that game until I get a answer. I'd like to ask since when have World Cup last 16 matches been played at somone's home nation, in this case, I'm playing Russia AWAY? Why away, all my group stages matches were at Neutral venue, I have no idea why it says this so I look at the venue of the game, Lokomotiv/Moskow, surely this is a major disavantage. Shouldn't it be played at a neutral venue as the world cup's in South Africa, I'm not going to lose to something that's not right, I'll play the match when I find out the truth and why I am playing away at a World Cup.
