MartinGregory84 Posted January 27, 2010 Share Posted January 27, 2010 A question I find baffling, On FM10 I started a career with Notts County and I brought in Jamie Redknapp as my number 2 my problem is this.. After leaving 6 years later with me on Redknapps favoured personell he refused to come work as my number 2 at AFC Wimbledon who are now in League 1, It wasn’t like I offered him rubbish money. In real life you see a lot of number 2’s following the manager to the next club how come its hard to acquire staff who want to follow you on the game as they would in real life? I had staff who followed me out of the club when I left i.e. mass exodus following _____ departure, but they wouldn't join me at my new club due to the new club's reputation being lower or something. In real life Chris Hutchings used to follow Paul Jewell wherever he went, Terry Mcdermott with Kevin Keegan etc.. Would make the game more realistic if you ask me.
